Terms of cancelation
Article 3: Cancellation by the tenant
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owners.
a) Cancellation before arrival on the premises: The deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of stay, then the owner reserves the right to retain all sums paid. If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The rental amount remains with the owner.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
The stay cancellation conditions described above also apply in the event of difficulty or impossibility of access to the gîte due to strikes, demonstrations, weather conditions, etc.

- Water, electricity and wood for the first fireplace soaring in winter included.
- Additional night: 120 €
- 20% reduction from the 2nd consecutive rental week.
- Tourist tax not included: €1.20 per night and per person (free for minors).
- End of stay cleaning: €150 (excluding dishes and kitchen area).
- Sheets and towels at the rate of 15 € per person.
- Animals allowed with supplement of 50€.
- Holiday vouchers accepted.
