Playground Hiking trailsThe brand new Malessard gîte (opening 2024) is located in an old farmhouse, in the middle of 16 hectares of land with free access and exclusive use (lawns, garden, orchard, woods and natural meadows). At the foot of a large forest, not overlooked less than 500 m, it will assure you tranquility and wide open spaces.
The dwelling house, with an area of 140 m², on one level, consists of a large fully equipped kitchen (23 m²), a large living room with fireplace (44 m²), 2 bedrooms (14 m²), bathroom with shower and separate WC. The rear of the house opens onto a veranda, and an adjoining laundry room.
The nominal sleeping capacity of the gîte is 4 people (1 double bed 140x190 cm in each bedroom), to which can be added 2 beds in the sofa bed in the living room, and 1 child's bed in one of the bedrooms (N = 7 beds in maximum capacity). Sheets, bathroom and household linen are provided, and in place, unless otherwise requested.
The interior of the house is completely non-smoking, but smoking is possible outside or under the veranda in winter.
Free access to adjoining land requires respect for the premises (no waste, no damage); basically, thank you for making yourself at home!

Access from the department road D50 (linking Tours to the south of the department), between the municipalities of Ferrière-Larçon and La Celle-Guenand. The entrance to the gîte is marked by a “Malessard” sign on the side of the road, and by 2 poplar trees (candle-shaped) visibles from a long distance. A 150 m tarmac path leads to the foot of a large farmhouse and opens onto a large interior courtyard which serves as parking (for exclusive use).

Super accueil et gite fonctionnel.
Le lieu est calme et ressourçant. La région est vraiment agréable.
