The house is located in a quiet little village, close to all shops and a train station (15 min walk).
A few minutes by bike: the cellars of Bailly-la-Pierre, the archaeological site of Escolives-Sainte-Camille, the Pierre Merlier museum and the Hosotte gallery in Chapelle-de-Bailly.
Very good restaurants 10 minutes by car: J'MCA in Coulanges-la-Vineuse, Le Soufflot in Irancy, Aux Détours de Chitry, Chez Emmeline à Champs sur Yonne
The house is located within my wine estate: above the barrel cellar and next to the vat room.
On the ground floor: a large room with living room, office and kitchen/dining room, a WC.
On the 1st floor: a large room with two double beds and a single bed, an open bathroom.
There is a TV only for watching DVDs. I provide DVDs (films for children and adults), books, specialized wine magazines, games and IGN maps.

Je peux confirmer, après avoir passé trois jours dans ce gîte, l'exactitude du texte et des photos.
Oui, c'est spacieux, très confort, oui, c'est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, d'une propreté exemplaire, et très important : c'est totalement au calme !
L'endroit est vraiment parfait pour découvrir la région, d'autant que notre hôte, Amandine, la connaît parfaitement.
Amandine est une jeune vigneronne, dynamique et passionnée par son travail : un vrai régal de discuter avec elle !
Franchement, retenez cette adresse, en tout cas moi je la retiens pour une prochaine fois !
