Welcome to Gîte de Lézerdot located 30 km from Brest and 1 hour from Roscoff, where you will find all the comforts, in the countryside and near the sea.
Plouguerneau and its 45 km of coastline, its 7 beaches, its 11 islands and its picturesque sites will charm you. The pleasures of hiking and the discovery of many fun and nautical activities are yours!
The interior decoration chosen in a contemporary style is sober and neat. From the living room on the south side, you will enjoy a privileged and relaxing view of the Aber Wrac'h and the Château de Keroüartz, changing with the tides. On the north side, you will see the "manor" of Lézerdot built in local stone whose architecture dating from the beginning of the 17th century has been preserved.
Access to the rental by private road, private parking in front of the cottage (2 cars max), enclosed garden of 80 m² with lawn, terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture (6 pers), Weber barbecue, 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs. Loan of outdoor games on request. Pets not accepted except guide dog for the blind.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

"Bien adapté PMR en fauteuil"
Très bon gite, vue sur l Aber,calme, bien agencé, bonne literie, belle terrasse spacieuse, rien à redire. Un petit bemol en ce qui nous concerne. , nous étions trois dont deux handicapés mais sans fauteuil et le salon n était pas adapté pour nous, trop bas, trop MoU, difficile de s en extraire mais cela n est du qu à notre situation comme je l ai expliqué à la propriétaire. Je recommande ce gite. Malgré une météo instable nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de déposer votre avis. Pour le salon, c'est dommage que vous n'ayez pas évoqué ce problème avant le jour du départ. Nous aurions pu mettre en place des cales prévues à cet effet, stockées dans le placard menant à la chambre. Bonne continuation.

"Bel endroit"
Très beau gîte bien adapté aux fauteuils roulants propre,spacieux confortable et belle vu extérieure beau cours d eau visible de la salle à manger terrasse spacieuse. Endroit très calme. Propriétaires très gentils , Très bon accueil.

"Calme et nature"
Merci à Sylvie et Dominique de leur accueil discret, efficace !
Nous avons bien profité de cette semaine "au vert", environnement très calme et charme des marées sur l'Aber Wrac' h ! Petit coin plein de plages cachées, de chemins de randonnée, de petites chapelles et villages ! Les commodités (commerces) sont très proches (3 km).

"impeccable"
Gite au calme, impeccablement situé pour randonner dans les abers. Très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la belle terrasse ; nous reviendrons avec plaisir et soleil !
