This cottage is fully restored, without vis-à-vis neither the neighbors nor the owner.
It is located not far from the communal hall of Fontenay 700 m and its local trade, its small restaurant.
10 km from Saint-Hilaire where you will find several supermarkets, the swimming pool and the lake.

Road: Coming from the center or the east by the RN12 after Alençon take direction St Malo to Pré-en-Pail continue until Domfront then right direction Mortain. Before the town which is at the top of there side 314 turn left towards St Hilaire / Fougères roll for 7 km then turn right towards Fontenay.
Once in the village facing the town hall turned left, then the church still left.
Take the dead end road next to the communal halls, pass the football field continue to the second house on your left is the owners house the cottage is on the left after the sign meaningless.
Coming from the north or the south by A84 / E3 exit direction Mont St Michel or Ducey where you come from
Take direction Ducey until St Hilaire du Harcouët
At the central crossroads take direction Mortain roll for 5 km
Turn left towards Fontenay
Once in the village facing the town hall turned left, then the church still left.
Take the dead end road next to the communal halls, pass the football field continue to the second house on your left is the home of the owners the cottage is on the left.
CAUTION all intersections are priority type on the right.
