Once upon a time, in the heart of Valromey, in a small village, there was a family home steeped in history, at the foot of the Grand Colombier.
A capacity of up to 12 people, the Gîte de la Chapelle is equipped with a kitchen open to a large living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace facing a rural setting.
The gîte is adjoining the owner's house.
The entrance and the car park are independent.
Children and adults can take advantage of the large grounds and let themselves be lulled by the sound of the fountain adjoining the house.
House renovated in 2022 composed of 4 bedrooms including:
The “Machuraz” bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with separate WC
The “Grand Colombier” bedroom 2 single beds (90X200) and 1 bunk bed (2X90X190cm)
The “Clairefontaine” bedroom 1 double bed (160X190) and 1 bunk bed (2X90X190 cm)
The “Séran” bedroom 1 double bed (160 cm)
A separate WC and a bathroom with a shared Italian shower.
Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher...
The shops are 1 km from the cottage: baker, butcher, caterer, bank, tobacconist, cafes, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket...

We are at the foot of the Grand Colombier, the highest point of Bugey, mythical stage of the Tour de France, it is ideal for courageous cyclists who wish to become "crazy people of the Grand Colombier"...

Week-end avec nos enfants gîte spacieux agréable et fonctionnel rien ne manque jusqu’aux peluches pour les enfants qui ont fait le bonheur de ma petite fille.

"Superbe"
Nous avons passé un week-end en famille dans ce gîte, au calme. Il est très propre, bien équipé, avec une literie très confortable. Véronique et Jean-Claude, les propriétaires, sont charmants et partagent leur amour de la région. Il faut dire que l'environnement regorge de lieux magnifiques, pour des randos ou balades à vélo. Bref, nous avons passé un très bon week-end et recommandons ce gite sans réserve !

Voilà un gîte qui vaut le détour! Très bien équipé, parfaitement fonctionnel, vous y dormirez bien, au calme, dans de très bonnes literies! Une mention spéciale pour la fontaine d'eau fraîche et potable attenante à la maison! Et les propriétaires, Véronique et Jean-Claude, amoureux de la région, vous faciliterons grandement sa découverte! Alors n'hésitez pas, allez-y!

"les vacances !"
parfait pour se retrouver à plusieurs, gite bien équipé, les enfants peuvent jouer sur le grand terrain pendant que les adultes se détendent.. région propice à de belles découvertes a pied, en vélo ! le choix est vaste.

"Un week end en famille"
Accueil chaleureux de Véronique et Jean-Claude les propriétaires. On ressent tout de suite leur passion pour la région et leur gîte, très fonctionnel avec des pièces spacieuses d'une propreté irréprochable.
Il nous ont prêté un CD d'un troubadour du village qui d'une manière originale nous fait découvrir les sites à visiter du Valromey.
Nous avons appréciés la literie très confortable ainsi que la grande terrasse ou l'on prend l'apéro, charmé par le chant des oiseaux et tintement de la cloche de la chapelle voisine qui marque les heures mais qui sait se faire discrète pendant notre sommeil. En quelque mots, il est difficile de quitter cet havre de tranquillité. A consommer sans modération.

"quel séjour merveilleux"
Nous avons loué le gîte pour le grand week end de Pâques, tout était parfait! Nous ne pouvons que recommander : équipements, agencement des chambres et des 2 salles de bains, vraiment tout parfait. Et que dire du cadre? on dispose de 2 terrasses et d'un grand terrain, juste devant la chapelle. Cette maison est un lieu historique dans le village et les hôtes vraiment sympas, auront à coeur de vous raconter cette histoire. Merci à vous pour votre gentillesse! Plein de visites à faire : le canal de Savières et Chanaz, la montée au Grand Colombier, les cascades, les bois sans oublier les fruitières et les caves... ah la belle région!
