Parties not allowedTerms of cancellation
It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal by the tenant:
- more than one month before the rental takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid.
- less than one month before the effective date of the rental, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the total rent.
If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated, the contract is cancelled and the owner can dispose of the rental, the balance remains due.
