Grand gîte à la campagne 12 personnes

We are happy to welcome you to our Arkanson gîte, labeled 4 keys (clévacances) and 4 * furnished tourist accommodation with a maximum capacity of 12 people.

In stone and exposed beams, nestled in the peace of a small hamlet and near the Puy du fou (30min) 45min from the first beaches and 1 hour from Les Sables d'Olonnes and its beautiful beaches.

You will be charmed by its covered and heated swimming pool (9x5) (temperature depending on climatic conditions of course) open from mid-April to mid-November, in a garden of around 1500 m².

For your moments of relaxation, you will also find a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a badminton net and a stone barbecue.
Garden furniture with parasol and deckchairs are at your disposal.

Regarding the cottage, you will find 5 bedrooms each equipped with a private bathroom with hairdryer, toilet, sink, fan, television.

- 1 bed of 90
And,
3 bedrooms with:
- 1 bed of 140

We provide bed linen and towels, your beds will be made on your arrival.
Various equipments are at your disposal, baby cot, high chair and bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, vitro stove with oven, toaster and kettle.
To relax, a dry heat sauna is installed in the library that you will be able to use.

You can all meet in the large living room with the charm of its fireplace, around a large table that you can transform into a billiard table for convivial evenings, an espresso machine, a 65˝ canalsat TV, and a console. WII games complete the installation.

Cleaning, water and electricity included, sheets and towels provided.
Heating and wood for the fireplace are included in winter.
