Gîte de Kervorchant

Surrounded by woods and located 20 minutes from the beaches and Lorient, Sandra and David, a Franco-German couple, welcome you to the charming KERVORCHANT farmhouse, in the town of Pont-Scorff (56), on the border between Finistère and Morbihan.
Here you will enjoy a little corner of the Breton countryside to rest, read, or simply listen to the birdsong.

The cottage offers a surface area of 120 m² on 2 levels, it was renovated in 2021 and has all the comforts.
It is adjoining our home, no worries about noise pollution since the walls separating us are almost a meter thick.

On the ground floor you will find:
a 25 m² living/dining room with pellet stove and a television with player. DVDs for adults and children as well as board games are at your disposal.
An equipped kitchen of 12 m². Kitchen utensils, as well as basic products are included (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.).

A bathroom with Italian shower.
access to the laundry room for the washing machine.
Upstairs :
A large bedroom of 18 m² with 3 beds, including a baby bed.
A mezzanine landing with an extra bed for 1 person and a games and books corner for children.
We provide you with: bathtub, changing table, 1 deckchair, 2 high chairs and 2nd bar bed on request.
You have a private garden area with barbecue.
