Gîte de Granade au cœur de la Lozère

Located between Mende and Marvejols, in the Lot valley, equidistant between Aubrac, Margeride, Cévennes, Causses ... the lodging of Granade allows you to shine and explore the very diverse landscapes of Lozère.

This old farm house has been restored to keep its character as a rural residence while offering modern comfort. The restoration was done by favoring natural materials such as lime, wood, cork ...

The living level of the house is upstairs, there is an entrance hall as well as a toilet, a large living room including:
- a kitchen area: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, food processor, electric kettle, fondue set, pressure cooker
- the dining area
- a library area: books presenting the region, information, novels
- TV corner, DVD player, board games
- a pellet stove (or pellets). Bags of granules available in the washing machine room on the ground floor

5 steps give access to an intermediate level which gives access to a large bedroom of 19 m², in which are installed 2 beds 120, a wardrobe, and a shelf with children's books.
Upstairs we find 2 bedrooms and the bathroom:
South bedroom of 15 m², with 160 bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and north bedroom of 12 m², 140 bed, wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower, sink and wc.

On the ground floor of the house, under the main room, is the local washing machine and dryer, clothes line. Possibility of storing fishing rods or bicycles.
Pétanque balls available. Toy box for the youngest.
You will also find in this room buckets for selective sorting, a compost bin has been installed nearby outside, do not hesitate to use them!
The lodging benefits from an ecogest label, you have the possibility of helping us to limit the impact of tourism on the environment.

The outdoor layout consists of a large terrace, a garden table and chairs for eating outside.
In front of the gîte: private enclosed space, possibility of parking the car either inside this space or outside. A porch located under the terrace can accommodate bicycles or two motorcycles.
