On the ground floor: entrance with terrace, bedroom with 140 cm bed with bathroom (walk-in shower) and private wc. At the rear of the house, an independent summer kitchen with garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing.
On the 1st floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed (double bed) and a bathroom (shower) and wc, and balcony.
On the 2nd floor: a large attic room with 2 140 cm beds.
Flat screen TV, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker.
The electric heating is in addition (well insulated house, new and economical radiators), fixed price of 20 € in mid season and winter.
10 km from Tarascon-sur-Ariège, 13 km from the thermal resort of Ussat-les-Bains and 34 km from that of Ax-les-Thermes.
Close to the alpine ski resorts of Goulier (15 km), Ax-les-Thermes (34 km), Ascou-Pailhères, and the Beille plateau (35 km) for cross-country skiing.
Nearby: fishing, hiking, Cathar castles (Montségur), prehistoric caves (Niaux, cow cave, Lombrive, Bédeilhac), canyoning, rafting, Mercus water ski lift, spa center of Ax-les-Thermes, park of Prehistory, underground river of La Bouiche.
