David welcomes you in the gîte adjoining their house, renovated in 2016/2017. You will appreciate the combination of stone and iron as well as the modernity and comfort of the gîte.

On the ground floor, the large room accommodates the living room with sofa, armchair, television and wood stove, the kitchen and the dining room and WC. Internet access via 4G Orange airbox.

The integrated kitchen is very well equipped (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds); a small baby bedroom / playroom with BZ 140 sofa as well as a bathroom with WC.

The underfloor central heating with heat pump and the stove will allow you to enjoy the gîte in winter.

You can enjoy the terrace and the pleasure garden which are independent and not overlooked, with barbecue and garden furniture.

Direct access to the secure swimming pool 10 x 4 m and heated to a minimum of 25° (depending on season) open from 01/06 to 30/09 (shared with the owner and another gîte), shared children's play area with swing, trampoline 3 .60 m and wooden cabin with slide, parking.
