The accommodation consists of an entrance hall.
On the right, on entering are the toilets with a hand basin. You will then arrive on a large living room comprising an American kitchen, living room and dining room.
Behind the kitchen is the pantry with second fridge, washing machine, 300 L water heater freezer and water softener.

To the left of the entrance is the night area. It consists of a shower room, a first bedroom with dressing room and a double bed. Next to it, bedroom n ° 2 with dressing room and a double bed, to be followed by bedroom n ° 3 with a large wardrobe and 3 single beds.

Finally, the staircase leads to an attic mezzanine with a single bed. At the back is bedroom n ° 4 with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.
The house has 3 skylights equipped with roller shutters for blackout and summer / winter comfort.

Outside, there is a south-facing terrace equipped with an awning and a second small south-west facing terrace with a pergolas.
A barbecue and a plancha are available.

To have fun and occupy the children, you have at your disposal a slide, a swing, the swimming pool, a ping pong table, a darts game and in the garage will be available an exercise bike, a treadmill and a bench. bodybuilding.
Finally, to relax, an inflatable spa for up to 4 people.
