Authentic family house transformed into a charming gîte on the banks of the Canal du Midi in Carcassonne itself, 10 min walk from the center, with terrace, parking in secure private property, open all year round.

In CARCASSONNE itself, on the edge of the Canal du Midi, authentic family home, in a closed, shaded property, rentals all year round, 3 minutes from the city center, close to all amenities, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 min from the medieval city, secure private parking on the property: "The countryside in the heart of the city"
Capacity: 2 to 4 people (+ possibility of renting "L'Estagnolet" in the same property: 2 more people)

At the edge of the Canal du Midi, 3 minutes from the city center, the Bastide St Louis, you will take a private road which will lead you in front of an automatic gate opening onto our charming gîte, without vis-à-vis or adjacent streets.

We welcome you to our completely independent family house of 90 m², facing south, gas central heating, completely renovated including:
• on the ground floor :
- a 25 m² terrace, with garden furniture, parasol and private barbecue
- a living room with 80 cm flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa, books
- a dining room: table, 4 chairs, 2 sideboards
- a kitchen equipped with city gas, electric convection oven, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, large fridge freezer, Nespresso, toaster, waffle maker, pressure cooker, etc.
- a scullery with washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, storage, utensils and cleaning products
- a bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer
• upstairs, 2 large bedrooms: the Poppy bedroom and the Sunflower bedroom with, in each of them: quality 140 bedding (possibility of adding a cot), wardrobe, wardrobe and bedside tables.

You will of course find all the kitchen utensils and crockery necessary for a good stay.
You can park your vehicle safely in the fully enclosed property. You will, of course, have a gate remote control.
We have at your disposal: cot, high chair, baby bath, if necessary.
