Rentals are made from a minimum of 5 nights in low season and 6 nights in July-August. Late and mid-week arrivals possible.
The cottage is located in Pessac, at the gates of Bordeaux, in a green residential area, known for its managed forests, 300 meters from a small shopping center and public transport. The ring road and the free motorway for Arcachon (60 km) are located 2 km away.

Our prices include (rental of the cottage, all charges, Wifi, covered parking for 1 vehicle and departure cleaning. The first breakfast is offered to facilitate your arrival.
Bed linen and towels for hire – Bath mats and tea towels provided.
Tourist tax of 1.65 euros per effective night per adult to be added.
The cottage is scrupulously cleaned and disinfected between each rental (information on request).
We speak French, English, German, Spanish and Russian.

Cancellation at least 30 days before the start of the rental: Refund of the deposit paid less 40 euros in administration fees.
Cancellation at least 14 days before the start of the rental: Restitution of half of the deposit.
Cancellation from 13 days to 7 days before the start of the rental: Withholding of the deposit.
Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the rental: Half of the rental amount refunded.
Nights not spent in the gîte after arrival will give rise to a credit note valid for 2 years.
It is possible to modify the dates of a stay no later than 14 days before the planned arrival (make a written request). However, the new stay cannot be refunded for cancellation.
