Bocce ball court Hiking trails Horse riding Cross-country skiingThe cottage is located in the small village of Chastenuel, both at the gates of the Livradois-Forez regional park and those of Haut-Allier, in the small quiet and peaceful town of Jax, 15 minutes by car from Langeac, 30 minutes from Puy-en-Velay, 30 minutes from La Chaise-Dieu, 30 minutes from Brioude.
Completely renovated (renovation completed in early 2019) with bio-sourced materials, this old farm is ideally located to take advantage of the many tourist attractions of our region.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms: the first is on the first floor with a 160 cm bed and a cot and the second is on the 2nd floor and has 2 single beds.
A sofa bed (on a landing, in front of the television) can accommodate 2 additional people.
There is a small courtyard of 40 m² in front of the house with garden table, benches, parasol, deck chairs and barbecue.
Board games, books, puzzles, pétanque balls (field next to the gîte) and mölkky also available.
Possibility to park bikes or motorbikes in the barn.
! The TV has no antenna: a DVD player and a DVD library are available!
