The 3-star gîte has been a family house since the beginning of the 17th century, completely restored, independent (without vis-à-vis), east exposure, in exposed stone, on one level, on 1 ha land, fenced yard.
The cottage is located in the countryside between Limeuil and Le Bugue, near Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Bergerac (white wines: Monbazillac; red wines: Pécharmant, etc.)
The location of the gîte is perfect for rest, leisure and sightseeing.

The cottage is equipped with smoke detectors and therefore it is not allowed to smoke inside, it is possible outside an ashtray is at your disposal.
