In the heart of the Tarn department, between Albi (25 km) and Castres (20 km), in the village of Vénès. This cottage is located in the castle of Vénès dating from the 12th century.
Set of buildings where are also 4 guest rooms and the home of the owner.
The site has retained its feudal aspect but offers all the current comfort.

The pool is shared with the occupants of guest rooms and owners.

The cottage is on 3 levels with a living area of 150 m² on 2 levels.
Access is via the ground floor: summer room with garden furniture, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs: living room 67 m² including lounge (corner sofa, TV + DVD player), living room and kitchen (induction hob, microwave, combined freezer, dishwasher).
1 room 14 m² (1 bed 160), 1 room 12 m² (1 bed 140), 1 room without opening on the outside 11 m² (2 beds 90), mezzanine 9 m² (1 bed 140).
2 bathrooms of 9 and 4 m² (shower, toilet, towel radiators).
