Holiday home in Saint-Firmin-lès-Crotoy (4k m from Crotoy)

Located halfway between Le Crotoy and the Parc du Marquenterre.

This 60 m² house consists of
- a main room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster…), TV, Hi-Fi system, board games…
- two bedrooms equipped with duvets (1 with a 140x190 bed, the other with a 140x190 bed and 90x190 bunk beds), size of the duvets 200x200 for double beds and 140x190 for single beds
- a bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine

Sweet salty kit (oil, vinegar, various condiments as well as coffee filter, sugar) available.
For the Nespresso do not forget to take your pods.

Possibility of provision of a cot and a high chair.

Bed linen and towels optional (12 € per person)

For the winter period, a contribution to the costs of electric heating may be requested according to the Linky meter reading (on average € 8 per day)

Non-smoking house.
Animals not admitted.

A deposit of 400 € is requested on arrival and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is noted.

The tourist tax of 2.30 € per person and per day will be payable on your arrival to be paid in full to the Syndicat mixte baie de Somme.

200 m² enclosed garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

Bike rental on request.
