Very well located: between the Ardèche mountains and the Gorges de l'Ardèche. 10 minutes from Aubenas and less than 15 minutes from Vogüé and Balazuc, classified among the most beautiful villages in France.
The cottage is located 200 meters from the forest for beautiful cycling, hiking and mountain biking; greenway from the village.
All amenities in the village (pharmacy, tobacconist). Shopping center 4 km away.
Can accommodate 6 people maximum.
On the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen area, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and wall cupboard; 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC.
Upstairs: mezzanine with a 140x190 BZ, a closed bedroom with 2 90x190 beds.
Very pleasant exterior, facing south, garden furniture, gas grill. Parking: 2 spaces.
Equipment: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.
Filter coffee maker and Nespresso. Toaster, juicer.
Air conditioner. Washing machine. TV - Electric roller shutters.
Baby equipment loan on request.
Possibility to rent sheets/towels on request (extra charge).
No smoking.
Pets not allowed.
Please note: absence of handrail for the staircase.
However, a safety barrier for children will be provided if necessary upon simple request!
