Our cottage is located in a charming, very quiet little village, a haven of peace for the whole family.

The accommodation is on enclosed grounds of 800 m², with private parking, terrace with 3-person spa open all year round with free access, an outdoor dining area with barbecue. We have a garage where you can store motorcycles and bicycles.

Our cottage is for 4 people, it consists of:
- a bathroom
- a master bedroom with a 150x200 bed, a cabin bedroom, with an 80x200 bunk bed
- a living room, dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped

Close to shops, 3 km.
The cycle route is 100 m from the gîte, where you can take beautiful walks.
Vézelay 15 km away with its Sainte-Madeleine Basilica, a major place of pilgrimage, and its vineyard. beautiful for Christmas.
Guédelon, but also we are at the gates of the Morvan park, with its lakes, the Saut du Gouloux, many castles, and very close to the gîte, Brèves, where you can swim, freshness guaranteed in times of heatwave.
For children who love dinosaurs there is Cardoland 8 km away.
The cottage is decorated for Christmas.
