It will bring you all the comfort you need during your stay with its private and unlimited jacuzzi in the heart of the living room and its master suite. In addition, you will have a 20 m² furnished terrace with barbecue so you can relax peacefully during the day and in the evening and enjoy the surrounding environment available to you. Private parking right next door.

In order to best prepare your stay, we have put together a program of activities to do in the region, as well as a non-exhaustive list of different points of interest. You will have all the information required in our welcome booklet located in your gîte and can be consulted without moderation.
Starting with the gîte and these indoor and outdoor uses, the rules, daily needs, outings (activities/catering) and finally our partners to save you time and/or money. It is of course possible to obtain the list of our partners well before your arrival, do not hesitate to ask us.
You will have understood, a calm and peaceful place 5 minutes by car from Le Bugue, from all amenities and close to the essential visits between Sarlat, Périgueux and Bergerac, our 4 gîtes, not overlooked, will offer you everything you need for a 100% successful holiday!

For nightly rental, the price starts from €140 without option or €195; includes the cleaning fee, rental of sheets, set of towels, 2-in-1 shower gel and bathrobes as well as personalized and quality breakfast; a form must be completed to choose this, and will be sent to you once the reservation has been made. This breakfast service is only available at the nightly rate. A 10% discount will be given to you for any reservation of 3 nights or more.
For weekly rentals, from €875 for 2, the Bed linen, Towel set and cleaning package options are not included and the breakfast service is unavailable during this period. The same in the off-season by the week. Tourist tax offered on all services.
* Please note that it is entirely possible that the jacuzzi will only be usable from the day after your arrival in order to respect the water quality and hygiene protocol. Thank you for your understanding.
In both cases, cushions, mattress pads and duvets will be at your disposal.
An inventory signed by both parties as well as a security deposit worth €500 (weekly stay only) will be requested and returned at the end of the rental for goodwill and respect for the premises and equipment.. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
