The cottage, 200 m², is located in a farmhouse completely renovated in 2016.
The house opens onto a park with century-old trees and an orchard. It offers a warm and comfortable space. A beautiful outdoor space under the dovecote is fitted out for country meals.
A 12 x 6 m swimming pool with private access and an independent games room of 70 m² equipped with a ping-pong table are at your disposal.
Possibility of yoga classes on site.

The Lomagne region, where the gîte is located, extends over the Tarn-et-Garonne and the Gers.
It offers very hilly landscapes, reminiscent of Italian Tuscany (hence its nickname of little French Tuscany).
In the background sits the chain of the Pyrenees.
This authentic countryside is dotted with small charming medieval villages, but also very beautiful sites (Moissac, Lectoure), and remains close to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi, which can be visited during the day.
Beaumont-de-Lomagne (the nearest village) is a 13th century bastide, birthplace of the famous mathematician Pierre de Fermat. A house of mathematics was created (with all kinds of games for children) in honor of the scientist.
