Gîte Cidre - Gîtes La Vicomterie

Les Gîtes La Vicomterie, near Ver, are located in the heart of nature, south the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy.

They include 4 charming holiday cottages of different sizes offering space for 1 - 6 people. In total we can accommodate 17 people.

Each gîte has direct access to the garden and its own terrace with barbecue. In addition, two gites have a veranda.

The Cidre house on the ground floor is ideal for a quiet stay. Formerly it was part of the old apple press of "La Vicomterie".

There is a covered terrace and barbecue area with superb views over the fields.
In this gite there is a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a very large double bed (180x200cm) and a built-in cupboard in the wall.
The natural stone interior walls and the old wooden beams in all the gîtes give them a special charm and a warm atmosphere.

All guests have access to a washing machine and dryer.

We have almost 1 ha of hilly land. On our land there are relaxation areas for children and adults. A sandbox, a trampoline, a goal, a swing, a petanque court and places to make campfires.

Our two donkeys, our cats and our guinea pigs are also much loved by our customers. It is possible to take walks up to 8 km with the donkeys.

We offer some organic products in our small organic grocery store: homemade jam, milk, coffee, tea, juices and lemonades from the region and some organic wines.
