Mountain view of the Jura, on the Retord plateau, 5 minutes from the ski resort, all types of 4-season hikes.
The house has 2 bedrooms, for extra sleeping in the living room; a bathroom/WC with Italian shower; a large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room which shares the dining area and the lounge area with wood stove.
You benefit from a garage and a pretty garden plot with terrace.
On your arrival you will find a welcome basket with local products, you will have a grocery store 5 km away in Hotonnes as well as an organic market gardener 5 km away in Ruffieu.
At the Les Plans d'Hotonnes ski resort, you will discover an Ain's Temps Loisirs leisure and relaxation shop, as well as Servi'Nature to rent your electric mountain bikes.
All the brochures await you at the house with blue shutters.
An important point, I do not accept the presence of animals following unfortunate experiences.
Prices exclude electricity, water (meter reading on arrival and departure) and tourist tax (€0.55/pers+18 years/day)

Accès à la maison depuis la place de stationnement à l’intérieur de la propriété.
Volumes intérieurs très confortables..
Meubles de cuisine avec accès possible en dessous pour jambes sur fauteuil roulant.
Terrasse accessible.
Salle d’eau complétement accessible avec WC et barre de transfert, lavabo plat et douche à l’italienne.
