Come and have a good time with family or friends in the warm atmosphere of our cottage "Chez Astride" with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees chain!
Our cottage, part of an old farm built between 1750 and 1800 invites you to enjoy a moment of peace in an exceptionally charming and welcoming setting. Everything has been restored with love, the products used such as "blanc de Meudon" or even beeswax are natural in order to feel good in the rooms with its wooden floors, old doors and windows... very cozy .
You will find on two floors 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and tv, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace on the south side and the garden, bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, garden furniture, 2nd terrace , BBQ.
Toys, board games, books in several languages as well as documentation concerning leisure activities will be at your disposal. A large swimming lake with beach and nautical base is nearby.
In the surroundings as well as in the Pyrenees many activities await you; we are located just 1 hour from the ski slopes and the Spanish border.
We are open all year round and speak French, English and German.
Your pets are allowed under certain conditions. Free Wi-Fi access.
Possibility to rent over several months, prices on request.

"Ravis d'avoir choisi ce gite"
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Astride. Nous avons pu nous y ressourcer malgré un court séjour.
A noter tout particulièrement l'accueil , la gentillesse de nos hôtes et leur disponibilité. Tout est bien étudié pour notre confort dans le gite. Nous avons adoré le jardin avec les repas sous le grand arbre avec une belle vue sur les Pyrénées et bien sur le petit plus les délicieuses figues toute fraiches cueillies pour nous par Astride.
Nous y reviendrons surement pour notre prochain séjour dans la région.

"chouette"
Wir haben uns bei Ehepaar Hollander sehr wohl gefühlt; das Bad ist super, der Ausblick großartig, die Ruhe überwältigend. Der Weg in die nächste Stadt und ins nächste gute Restaurant ist jeweils weniger als 10 Min. , Gensac ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Pyrenäen; drei Badeseen gibt es in der Nähe - wir haben nichts vermisst. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie die Ess-Küche und gleich davor zwei Tische in der Sonne oder im Schatten. (Und für Oldtimer-Liebhaber gibt es große Überraschungen!)

Nous avons apprécié le séjour d'une semaine en avril 2023. L'accueil de nos hôtes a été très sympathique ; ils se sont arrangés pour faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

"Wonderful place"
Very nice, authentic and comfortable house in beautiful setting. Mountains and seas easy to reach and nice towns nearby. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Lovely hosts.

"Agréable séjour à la campagne"
D'une convivialité certaine, Astride et Klaus sont des hôtes très accueillants. Nous avons passé un super séjour au frais dans leur jolie demeure en vieilles pierres et de belles nuits très reposantes dans des lits très confortables. Nous garderons un bon souvenir des moments de convivialité partagés autour de la grande table sous un grand frêne avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne et les Pyrénées. La visite du musée de Klaus est la cerise sur le gâteau.
Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage et reviendrons.

"Supergut!"
Eine großartig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was es braucht, um sich so richtig wohl zu fühlen. Man kann einfach nur die Ruhe genießen oder tolle Ausflüge machen. Astride ist absolut hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Man fühlt sich unbedingt willkommen!

"Die perfekte Erholung"
Wir denken an die schöne Zeit bei Astrid und Klaus zurück. Wunderschönes Anwesen in atemberaubende Landschaft. Alles super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was mein braucht. Super nettes Paar, alles sehr familiär. Absolut Kindertauglich. Immer wieder gerne. Sehr zu empfehlen.

"Super weekend a la campagne"
Nous avons bien profité d'un super weekend chez Astride. Astrid et son mari ont été superacuillantes, ils ont pris soin de chaque petit détail, pour nous faire sentir comme chez nous. Ils nous ont proposé de bons plans et de belles endroits pour y aller, et nous ont montré leur impressionnant collection de voitures anciens, fabuleux! Une promenade dans une d'eux serait une jolie cadeaux ou un plan parfait pour une autre fois.
La maison était aussi une belle surprise, plus jolie que dans les photos, tout était propre et agréable. l'entourage est aussi très bel et calm. Étant en plein campagne, les enfants étaient ravis d'avoir les vaches, les petits oiseaux, les canards, le super-chat comme voisins. Ils ont joué de jardin, mais aussi des sympas jouets que Astrid nous a laissé. Toute la famille, nous sommes, donc, bien amusé et on espère pouvoir revenir et profiter du pur air bientôt.
