Small village house, without private parking or garden, but all amenities (bakery and grocery store, newsagent opposite, pharmacy in the street, 2 restaurants within walking distance, etc.), 10 minutes from the Dampierre CNPE, 10 minutes from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, shops. free street parking and 2 large car parks within walking distance.
On the ground floor you have the bathroom, the WC, the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, lounge with sofa bed for 2 people
Upstairs the 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 beds pushed together which is 180x200 and 1 landing bedroom with 2 small beds 90x200, possibility of making 4 beds)
(be careful, the stairs are a little steep for some people) not secure for young children and accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Gift during your stay : kits salle de bain et kits petit déjeuner.
