Vehicle parking is in front of the house, with direct and individual access to the gîte.
The cottage is located a stone's throw from a quiet village in Minervois (Laure-Minervois) which has all the shops and where you will find for your daily needs, grocery store (bread depot), butcher's caterer bread depot), pharmacy, , doctor, nurses, café restaurant, its lake, its discovery walk of the Capitelles (notably with a walk in July and August on the evening of a full moon with snacks and entertainment), its listed church, its quality wines...
- non-smoking gîte (except outside)
- small animals accepted, kept on a leash, on request (5€/day)
- sheets provided and bathroom linen can be made available at an additional cost, pillows and duvets provided.
- Biker friends, your machines will be able to sleep in the shelter.

Deposits of an amount representing 25% of the rental will be paid upon receipt of the contract. The deposit is considered as an advance on the rental price. The balance will be paid at the entrance of the premises when the keys are handed over.
Rates: €460 / week, (-10% the 2nd week, 15% the 3rd week (5 people max) charges included (towels not provided, rental possible, 4 towels (20€))
Weekend: €120 for 2 people. (+ 10 €/pers/day, sheets provided) except summer period and school holidays reserved for weekly rentals.
Overnight: €65 per night, 2 pers. (+ €10/pers/day, sheets provided) except summer

Local tourist tax: €0.77 / person / day (free for children under 18)

gîte très calme, confortable, équipement soigné et complet ! accueil chaleureux ! repos assuré ! ballades et sites aux alentours ! cathares, capitelles, mégalithes, cité de Carcassonne, écluses du canal du midi ! sans oublier les vins et produits du terroir, nombreux caveaux et caves particulières ou coopératives ! gîte qui nous rappelle le parfum des vacances à la campagne mérite largement ses étoiles !
