A house that we offer in summer as room accommodation, so all of its 7 rooms have a private bathroom. With large indoor and outdoor common areas.
- Capacity for 17 people. Up to 19 people by adding 2 beds upstairs in the duplex family room.
- All common areas are on the ground floor. The seven bedrooms are distributed on the upper floor, three of which have direct access to the terrace.
- Four bedrooms with double bed 160*190 cm, wardrobe, ceiling fan and full bathroom with shower.
- A bedroom with two 90*190cm beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan and full bathroom with shower.
- A bedroom with three 90*190cm beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan and full bathroom with shower.
- A quadruple duplex room connected by a spiral staircase. A 150x190 cm bed. on the lower floor and wardrobe and two 90x190 beds on the upper floor with exposed wardrobe and dressing table. Private full bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the lower deck. Ceiling fans on both floors.
- A large living room with fireplace and ceiling fan.
- A complete kitchen with large refrigerators, 90 cm oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
- Large rustic porch, terrace opening onto the garden and barbecues.
- Total accessibility of the ground floor. Access to the upper floor via an interior staircase and an exterior flexible ramp.

Can Muní, the ideal place for your vacations and getaways. In the heart of Empordà and in a dream corner, you can enjoy peace and quiet in a preserved environment.

The small district of Pins is in the center of Empordà, a few kilometers from the Costa Brava. It is a small village with only 9 houses in the center of the 200 hectare Can Muní farm. For several generations, Can Muní has belonged to the Genover family and has been not only their usual residence, but also the expression of a lifestyle loving the countryside and nature.

Today, and due to the dizzying changes that the rural world has undergone, its current owner, Joan de Genover, has restored some of the buildings on the estate to adapt them to rural tourism. There are currently six buildings intended for rural accommodation. One of them is a Bed & Breakfast and has seven bedrooms and their corresponding private bathrooms, terrace, dining room and living room with fireplace. The other five buildings are gites which have everything one needs for complete independence: bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, fireplace, kitchen and private outdoor space.

Being a private enclave, it allows us to enjoy the tranquility and calm of nature, as well as the various services at our disposal such as the swimming pool treated with salt, the pétanque court, the reading, free Wi-Fi, green spaces with outdoor furniture and private parking.

The 14 x 7 m swimming pool is the largest in the region and is open all year round. Especially to enjoy with family, as a couple or if you wish with friends!

We can also take advantage of the situation to go hiking or cycling along the different routes that will allow us to know the Empordà region and its most typical and at the same time less touristy towns that still maintain their traditional charm.

For lovers of equestrian tourism, we have paddocks and boxes for good accommodation for horses, as well as facilities to practice this sport and routes designed to discover the region on horseback.
