In the heart of the pretty little village of Mayrac, we welcome you to our charming gîte "Pépouze" completely renovated for a "Relax" holiday with a garden designed for relaxing, private 5-seater jacuzzi and solar shower. Housekeeping, linens (towels and bath sheets, tea towels, etc.), beds made on arrival, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking spaces and charges for 6 are included in the weekly rate.

Three terraces equipped with garden furniture, parasol, table, chairs or other deckchairs will allow you to relax.
The ground floor of the house is structured around a living room, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen opening on each side onto a terrace allowing meals or direct access to the garden .

A central staircase serves the sleeping areas and the bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC (2nd WC on the ground floor).
3 bedrooms with reversible air conditioning. The first with access to the garden, the second with a living room, an office area and a view of the Auvergne mountains, the third allows you to admire the stars.
