Very close to Nice (15 min) and quiet, it will satisfy both families whose children can enjoy the garden and the swimming pool, as well as adults or seniors more interested in discovering the region.

In 15 minutes you are at the sea and in 1 hour in the mountains.
Close to numerous hiking and cycling trails (Col de Vence, Gorges du Loup, etc.) without forgetting the Mercantour National Park!

The 46 m² cottage is perfect for 2 to 4 people + baby (equipment provided on request) with two comfortable double beds both in the bed in the bedroom and in the sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped.
Large cupboards in the hallway and chest of drawers in each room.
1 large private terrace through which you will access your accommodation. Very sunny terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool. Ideal for snacks after a good summer swim!
A second large terrace with barbecue and bread/pizza oven. This terrace is shaded in summer thanks to the fig tree and the vine. This terrace is to be shared with the owners.
Large secure swimming pool of 12 x 6 m to share with the owners.
