Featuring a large terrace overlooking the countryside with a lean-to and a 10 x 4 m swimming pool, this cottage includes a large living room with a room dedicated to table football, a large room with a library and board games area, a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds and each their own universe, separate toilets and a bathroom, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 3 single beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a mezzanine and a shower room/toilet.
The cottage is located on 1.5 hectares of land with a river "La Vègre" below, thus enjoying moments of walking to the rhythm of nature.
