We welcome you in a 1750 terraced stone house renovated with natural materials in 2014.
The terrace will allow you to relax in calm while admiring the panorama.
The cottage of 115 m² is located in the heart of a place where calm and tranquility reign supreme.
The house is near a river La Vilaine. A clear view of this river and the valley is offered to you.
You will find :
• on the ground floor :
- Living room-seating area and kitchen
- a room for 2 persons with private WC and shower room
- a family room for 4 people, bathroom and toilet (this room consists of 2 spaces: the ground floor 3 beds 90x190 and WC, upstairs mezzanine 1 bed 140x190 and bathroom)
• upstairs :
- a room for 3 persons WC private shower room
