The cottage has all the comfort you need to feel good, recharge your batteries, relax in the garden, daydream in the sun, or extend the days with the veranda.
You will benefit from the numerous hiking trails departing from the gîte, the proximity of La Flow Vélo®, the Chemin de Santiago and many remarkable sites of Roman Saintonge.
You can come with your well-behaved dog (or cat) or your horse (boarding at the meadow): an additional tax and a contract is to be expected (information to be requested).
Rates may be applied to the number of people (rooms) in low and mid seasons (information to be requested)
The location is ideal for everyone: 10 minutes from Saintes, 20 minutes from Cognac and Saint-Jean-d'Angely, 30 minutes from Rochefort, 40 minutes from Royan and the first beaches of the Atlantic Ocean (and the islands) and 60 minutes to La Rochelle.

"Super ! Le pas de Velours !"
Gite très très agréable, confortable,clair et lumineux, pratique et bien agencé par un charmant couple de propriétaires dont on sent qu ils se sont bien investis pour offrir aux vacanciers un lieu charmant qu on n' a plus envie de quitter.
Tout est bien pensé et choisi avec goût.
Je n ai qu un désir y revenir et le faire connaître à ma famille et à mes amis.

"Site remarquabl"
Nous venons de passer une semaine de vacances ds ce gîte et ce fut un véritable plaisir.
Nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de la part des propriétaires avec lesquels il était très agréable d’échanger.
Le gîte est moderne très propre et élégamment décoré.
Il n’y manque rien.
Très lumineux l’appartement traversant donne d’un côté sur une véranda et l’on se croit tout de suite ds le jardin,un vrai tableau; de l’autre il donne sur une terrasse et le jardin. Un régal de verdure!
Au total tout est parfait et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
