Entirely renovated farmhouse (ranked 3) backed by the Cheverny forest.
Very quiet setting, ideal for nature lovers.
Situation :
At the gates of Sologne, between Blois (20 km), Beauval zoo (20 km) and Cheverny (8 km), Chambord (20 km), Chenonceau (35 km).
In the immediate vicinity of the circuits "Les Châteaux à Vélo" n°4 and n°6.
Equipment :
• on the ground floor: a living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, microwave and electric oven), a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet (dishwasher -laundry)
• upstairs: a bedroom (bed of 1.40 m), a mezzanine (2 beds of 0.90 m) and a toilet.
Childcare equipment (chair and bed) available on request.
Exterior: rural setting, unobstructed view of the countryside and pond.
Lawn with trees, gravelled courtyard with table and parasol, sunbeds and barbecue.
Direct access to the Cheverny forest, by path behind the house, for your walks and bike rides.
