Pretty little renovated house 40 m² on one level with private adjoining courtyard and sheltered terrace/garage including barbecue and garden furniture.
This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, it is air-conditioned, the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a combined oven/microwave, induction hob, coffee makers, etc. Bathroom with shower, sink, WC.
For the sleeping area, a bedroom with a double bed, a convertible sofa for 2 people in the living room which is equipped with a television.
Access: SNCF train station 350 m away.
Access A36 motorway 7 km (Besançon Est) or 17 km (Baume-les-Dames)
Restaurant/grocery store nearby, mobile bakery every morning.
Eurovéloroute 6 at 20 m
Hiking, Bost museum and tools 1 minute away in the village.
Many sites to visit: Nancray, Baume-les-Dames, Besançon…

"Agréable et confortable"
Bien isolé thermiquement comme socialement, le gîte très bien équipé, permet de se retrouver sans perturbation de notre société et avec quasi seulement la nature qui l'entoure. Il est vrai que le temps plus chaud que l'hiver permet mieux de profiter de l'extérieur.
Pour ceux qui auraient besoin d'une connexion au réseau internet, il est vrai que cette amélioration manque. Elle permetrait également de palier à la faiblesse du réseau mobile GSM.
Très heureux d'y avoir séjourné néanmoins.

Un séjour très agréable ! Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le tout dans un très joli cadre avec la vélo route à deux pas et de belles promenades à faire. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.
