In a private garden, very quiet, in the heart of the city, and 5 minutes by car from the Beauval zoo, our cottage will delight you with its unique location in the city center.
Access to shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes on foot.

SPA:
Enjoy the unlimited private spa (+ €30 supplement) on the large shaded terrace and the adjoining garden.
When booking the spa, we provide you with a set of towels.
The spa is prohibited for children under 6 years old. A regulation is posted concerning the use of the spa which is not a swimming pool or a playground.

Sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are not provided.
We can provide them to you at an additional cost of €10 per person.
The mattresses are equipped with mattress pads and pillows with pillowcases.

Dimensions fitted sheet + duvet cover to be provided: 140x200 cm and 2 or 3 beds of 90x200 cm.
It is forbidden to sleep without a sheet with a bare duvet. In the event of a stain, you will be charged for washing.
A third mattress on the floor will be installed when booking for 5 people.
Cleaning must be done before leaving the accommodation.
