Quietly located in the Lalande district in the north of Toulouse, you can get there by car (easy access from the ring road, exit 12) or by public transport, bus or metro (line B, La Vache station).
Free parking in the street in the places provided for this purpose.

On the leisure side, you can walk or cycle on the banks of the Canal de Garonne, access the Lac de Sesquières (4 km) and its nautical activities organized around the two ski lifts of the Wampark, stroll around the sports base and leisure center in Argoulets (5.5 km), relax at the Calicéo aquatic fitness center at Union (7.5 km) or watch a rugby match at Stade Toulousain (5 km)!

The apartment is located on the first floor of the owners' house, opposite two guest rooms, and offers a perfect setting for relaxing with its 20 m² terrace and large living room.
You access the apartment by the common internal staircase with the guest rooms.
The apartment is composed of an entrance, a 50 m² living room including a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a modern fitted kitchen and a dining area opening onto the covered terrace, and a suite composed of a bedroom with a bed for 2 people 160 cm, a large dressing room and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Small independent bedroom also with a 140 cm bed.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sun lounger and an electric plancha.
