CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT
1. Booking changes (subject to administration fees) :
The Customer may request a change to their holiday (dates and/or type of accommodation) by writing to the Domaine (letter or e-mail) at least 30 days before their arrival date, subject to availability and possibilities. No postponements will be accepted for the following season.
- Any request to increase the length of your stay will be subject to availability and current rates.
- Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions.
2. Unused services
If your stay is interrupted or shortened for one of the following reasons:
-Closure of borders by administrative decision
-Administrative closure of the Domaine.
-Limitation of travel to a number of kilometres by administrative decision, making it impossible to come to the estate. A credit note for the amount of the nights not used, valid for one year, will be issued by the Domaine. If the customer refuses this credit note, the corresponding amount will be refunded on request. Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer's fault will not give rise to a refund or credit note.
3. Cancellation by Domaine du Cardou
In the event of cancellation by the Domaine, except in cases of force majeure, the sums paid for the reservation will be reimbursed in full. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the customer
Any request to cancel a holiday must be made by hand-written letter sent to the Domaine's postal address or by e-mail. Cancellations made by telephone cannot be taken into account. Any cancellation will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the Domaine du Cardou reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
For any of the following reasons up to the date of arrival:

-Limitation of travel to a number of kilometres by administrative decision, making it impossible to come to the Domaine. The Domaine will issue a credit note for the full amount paid, valid for one year. If the customer refuses this credit note, the corresponding amount will be refunded on request.
For any other reason :
- Case 1
More than 30 calendar days before the start of the holiday: The deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay will be retained by the Domaine as a cancellation fee. The sums paid, deducted from the amount of the deposit, will be refunded. If the payment has been made in part or in full with a credit note of a higher value than the deposit: the deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be retained by the Domaine as cancellation charges. A new non-refundable credit note, valid for 1 year and corresponding to the initial amount (after deduction of the 30% deposit). The remainder of the sums paid, other than the credit note, will be reimbursed.
- Case 2
- between 10 and 30 calendar days before the start of the holiday. The Domaine will retain 50% of the total cost of the holiday as cancellation charges. A credit note will be issued for the amount paid, less cancellation charges. This credit note is valid for 1 year, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Case 3
Less than 30 calendar days before the start of the holiday. The totality
