Ideally located between the sea and the town in the small town of Ploulec'h (1800 inhabitants), near the GR 34.
"Kerberon" is a small, comfortable, well-equipped holiday home, with neat interiors and exteriors, very close to Lannion and its shops.
Independent, with its small flowered garden facing south, it has offered, since 1996, a calm environment to the many vacationers who have already stayed there.
The gîte is maintained by the owner who welcomes you, always concerned about the well-being of holidaymakers in this authentic setting. Electric convectors as well as a Norwegian stove placed in the large fireplace can heat the entire house.
