Terms of cancelation
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) Cancellation before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

Gîte très confortable, rien ne manque tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur.
Logement Propre, bien agencé, spacieux. On se sent tout de suite bien.
Extérieur très agréable, fleurs, végétation, sans vis à vis. Barbecue, 2 tables de jardin, transats.
Lieu calme, bien situé pour profiter de la mer/montagne

Gite très agréable tant à l 'intérieur qu à l extérieur, disposant de tt le nécessaire pour passer un super séjour. il est bien placé pour visiter la région. Super accueil de la propriétaire.
