Stone house, and its outbuildings, with a total area of 200 m² for 8 people in the Lot, in the countryside, at the gates of the Dordogne and the Corrèze.
The house is a beautiful stone ensemble from the 15th century, with a slate roof, all full of charm, cosy, spacious and comfortable.
The main house:
On the ground floor: large living room with exposed beams and stone floor. A dining area: a large table with 8 armchairs. A relaxation area: a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, a large wall-mounted fireplace with a usable wood stove. A wall bookcase, a table and three chairs. An old stone space with a library on the Quercy, adobe floor. A glass door leading to the outside.
Separate kitchen: tiled floor with exposed beams, table with 8 chairs, worktop with high and low cupboards. A single sink, dishwasher, 3-burner gas cooker and electric hob, electric oven, fridge with freezing section. Wall cupboard and storage shelves. A glazed door with exterior access.
