25 km from Place du Capitole in Toulouse 2 gites (see Gîtes de France label numbers 31G100195 and 31G100353) in an old restored farm near Toulouse. They are adjoining the owners' and each with 2 levels, separate entrances, a SEMI CLOSED private outdoor space and parking (2/4 cars)

This gîte is adjoining that of the owners who will be at your disposal during your stay for all your requests for information or services.

Pets are welcome free of charge.
On the ground floor you enter on one level into the living room (lounge and dining area with kitchen) through a French window on the south side.
Also on the ground floor and on one level from the garden, the living room (with fitted kitchen), the toilets and the shower room

A bedroom (1 bed 140) with separate entrance, bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC: ideal for the elderly or those with mobility difficulties. (see stairs)
Upstairs, 2 other bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90

Upstairs A 4th BEDROOM FOR 2 PERSONS (1 bed 140x190) IS AVAILABLE WITH SUPPLEMENT (variable according to the length of stay and the dates)
The 2nd bathroom is upstairs and has a shower cubicle and 2 sinks
The 2nd toilet is upstairs in the bathroom.
Cot (umbrella), high chair available on request.
A 4th bedroom for 2 people can be added with supplement

A folding bed in 90 can be made available, bringing the capacity of the cottage to 10 people
Private ground full South NOT CLOSED in front of the lodging bbq and garden furniture
Parking for 2 to 3 cars

-1st gite on 2 levels, 3 main rooms with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people in 4 beds (2×2+2×1 superimposed)
-2nd gîte on 2 levels with a choice of 3 or 4 main rooms:
3 bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people in beds (3×2+1x1)
or with supplement:
4 bedrooms for 9 people in beds (3x2+3x1)
NB: this gite comprises on the ground floor and on one level for people who cannot climb the stairs, 1 bedroom (1×2) the living room with integrated kitchen, separate WC, shower room

Each of the 2 cottages has a semi-enclosed private plot, a private entrance and parking
Pets are accepted free of charge under conditions
They must not be left alone in the accommodation
Droppings are picked up as they go.
