Gite 50 m² avec piscine

In Rasteau, a privileged place for growing vines, facing the sumptuous landscapes of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, at Monica and Marc's place.
Several months of work were necessary to strip down, rethink and transform this 425 m² village farmhouse into a pleasant guest house. But they knew how to restore its beauty, that of its first moments, with added comfort.
Two gîtes (one of 85 m² and one of 50 m²), an integral part of the farmhouse, but entirely independent.

The 50 m² gîte, an integral part of the farmhouse, but entirely independent, has:
• on the ground floor: a terrace under the arbor, an equipped kitchen, living room with 140 cm sofa bed (with a real mattress)
• upstairs: a 20 m² bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80 cm (possibility of joining them), child's bed. 5 m² bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, WC.

Fully equipped for 4 people, you have: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/combined microwave, 3 induction hobs, fridge-freezer combination, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, kettle, barbecue, WiFi, TV, DVD, dryer -hair.

The heated swimming pool - to be shared with the owner - remains open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Bathroom linen, tea towels and sheets at your disposal, but towels for the swimming pool are not provided.
Beds will be made upon your arrival.
