On the ground floor, a living/dining room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher - oven - microwave - filter coffee maker + Senséo - toaster - kettle - food processor).
The living room has 2 sofas and a large screen TV, a pellet stove as well as board games and books.
A toilet as well as a room with washing machine. A bedroom with a 140cm double bed, bathroom and toilet.
The air-conditioned floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. WIFI throughout the house. The garden has a terrace with table and 8 chairs, garden furniture and 2 deckchairs as well as a barbecue.
Located 200m from Lake Parentis-Biscarrosse in the heart of the village of Gastes, 20 minutes from the first ocean beaches and 40km from the Pilat dune.

"De super vacances entre amis"
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Pierre et Sylvie.
Le gîte est confortable (chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain c’est top) et bien équipé.
Bien situé, à proximité du lac et des plages.
On reviendra en famille ☺️
