Very comfortable and charming gîte of 85 m² classified 3*, apartment on the 1st floor of an old renovated Cévennes farmhouse, with its own entrance. Open all year. In Molières-sur-Cèze (North Gard), 6 km from Saint-Ambroix (medieval city), in the Cévennes, bordering Ardèche and Lozère. Ideal for recharging your batteries, hiking, visiting the region.
I regret not being able to accommodate people with reduced mobility due to numerous steps.

Here, well-being and conviviality are key. Owner on site, I remain very discreet but I attach great importance to your comfort and your serenity for an unforgettable vacation, also everything is planned in the gîte, the equipped summer kitchen, its large terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the mountains, and its barbecue, the swimming pool, its deckchairs and its pool house, as well as the bowling alley and the private parking. I have taken particular care with the equipment and accessories, as well as the first necessities and cleaning products that you will find on site (list sent before your arrival). Likewise, bed linen is provided as well as 2 towels per person and the beds will be made upon your arrival. All you have to do is enjoy!

The property only has one gîte so no sharing. Maximum capacity of 4 adults and 2 children. In a quiet cul-de-sac, the place lends itself to relaxation, it is not suitable for parties or events.
