Gite 3 - Au pré vert - Gîtes

Four beautiful stone cottages formed from an old barn. Located in a peaceful rural area, surrounded by ancient forests and farmland. There are many walks and bike rides from the house.

Au Pré Vert has many facilities and activities, all included in the price, to keep people of all ages entertained. There are also lakes and rivers with beaches within a 10 minute drive of Au Pré Vert offering other options for water fun at no cost. Immerse yourself in French culture as you visit beautiful towns and villages and explore traditional local markets.

Ideally located for the best attractions of the Dordogne and Lot. Au Pré Vert is 3 km from a charming local restaurant, 'Diabolo Fraise' in Nabirat, and the restaurant 'Le Saint Martial' is 3 km away as well. There is a range of large supermarkets 10 km away in Gourdon. There is a small supermarket, a bar and a bakery 3 km by bike from our home in Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat.

Inside, the cottages are well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, full size oven, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Each gîte has its own private garden, with rattan outdoor furniture, quality dining furniture and a large swivel parasol. A barbecue is also provided. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a large court and plenty of activities on site including a swimming pool, soccer field, badminton and mini tennis court, pitch and putt court, basketball net, large trampoline, swings, a large sandpit, table tennis, boules. There is a library with many books, DVDs, Lego, Playmobil, a wooden railway track and many board games and table football. We also have a weight and exercise room. A selection of bikes for adults and children is available, including a child seat. There is a large gazebo with oak frame ideal for relaxing in the shade, and a new hut hidden in the bamboo. There are 2 common outside dining areas.

The large lot has an open outlook, with peaceful areas to relax, including hammocks hanging from oak trees in a secluded corner. Both adults and children can have many hours of fun and relaxation with the many onsite activities.

Au Pré Vert is the ideal place for your family vacation. It is also fantastic for families to holiday together, having the ideal mix of personal space and common areas.

Sarlat is 20 km, Domme 10 km, Château des Milandes 17.4 km, Château de Beynac 16.7 km, Grottes de Cougnac 7.3 km, Château de Castelnaud 14.7 km, Les Jardins d'Eau 10.8 km, Les Jardins de Marqueyssac 14.4 km, Le Zoological Reserve Calviac 20 km, and many other caves, castles, gardens and adventures in the trees.
