The Balafenn gîte is a charming stone farmhouse with private garden, accommodating up to 8 people, with swimming pool and open views.
The ground floor has a fitted kitchen open to the living-dining room, wood stove heating, a shower room, a double bedroom with private shower room.
Upstairs, you benefit from 2 spacious triple bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 single bed), wooden parquet floors and exposed beams.
In fine weather, enjoy the swimming pool and its magnificent view, shared between the 3 gîtes, and a park of more than 1 hectare.
The surrounding area: numerous hiking trails, including the GR341 which passes near the property, mountain bike trails, Blavet and its towpaths 10 minutes away, the sea 35 minutes away, the Village of Poul Fetan, the train tourist Napoleon Express to Pontivy, donkey rides…
For stays of 7 nights or more:
- bathroom linen provided and beds made for your arrival
- a washing machine is accessible in our shared laundry room, if necessary
For short stays:
- you can bring your own sheets and towels, or request the package of €7 per person
- you have the possibility of doing laundry, with free participation (washing machine in our shared laundry room)

To get to Seed and Plenitude:
Go through Saint-Yves (commune of Bubry) and then indicate 12 Crann, Quistinic on your GPS if you use one.
Otherwise, from Saint-Yves, take the street opposite the church (on the right coming from Blavet, bar on the corner), after a right angle turn, you leave Saint-Yves.
Pass the last houses, at the crow's feet, turn right (Le Crann sign on the right of the path but not very visible).
Proceed almost to the end of the dead end, large stone farmhouses on your right, you have arrived.
The parking lot is just before, along a small private road.

"Gîte quistinic"
Très bel endroit au calme. Accueil très chaleureux.
Un lieu pour se ressourcer, flâner ou randonner.
Il y a tout pour passer de super vacances. Le plus, une piscine. Je recommande ce beau gîte et ses propriétaires.

"Gîte au top"
C'est le gîte à ne pas manquer. Tout y est, endroit magnifique, accueil chaleureux, intérieur cocooning.
