Gîte 14 personnes, au calme

Armelle and Jean-Marie will welcome you in their stone building and exposed beams, a renovated former wine cellar, in the countryside, in a quiet area.

The ground floor has a versatile living room with equipped kitchen and large dining table, a lounge area with fireplace (with bench seat and armchairs), as well as a laundry area plus WC.
Access to the first floor passes through a wooden mezzanine overlooking the living room and which can accommodate 2 extra beds. This is followed by a corridor, 4 bedrooms, a relaxation room with television, DVD player, table football and various board games.
On the second floor, accessible from this relaxation area, is the 5th bedroom.
The individual beds, 80 or 90x200, can be assembled into double beds and separated at will depending on the makeup of your family or group.
Bedrooms are big enough to offer the possibility of adding a baby bed.
All rooms have a bathroom or shower room with sink and WC.

At the entrance to the gîte, the terrace extending from the living room, equipped with a barbecue, is spacious enough to have meals there.
A table tennis table is available on site.

The private swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters is located below the gîte. The swimming pool area is enclosed and access is only authorized under the active supervision of a responsible adult.

We are located in the countryside, in a quiet area, so the road that passes near the house has very little traffic.
