Charming cottage ideal for families or friends, in the heart of the pretty village of Cier-de-Luchon, 10 minutes by car from the Queen of the Pyrenees: Bagnères-de-Luchon (thermal baths, skiing and adventure activities)!

With a beautiful view of the Pyrenees, the quiet and welcoming Gîte “Le Pas Sage” awaits you. As soon as you arrive, you can walk along the river or in the forest. I am offering you well-being stays between now and summer 2024, thanks to my job as a kinesiologist (individual session at extra cost). Beautiful holiday home, wishing you a pleasant and rejuvenating stay, close to the Luchon region.

Thermal baths, ski resort and many adventure activities (rafting, canyoning, paragliding) from Bagnères-de-Luchon at 8.7km, border with Spain at 16km and one of the most beautiful villages in France, Saint-Bertrand- de-Comminges and its famous cathedral, 26 km away. The Pyrénées-Hô leisure park is 11km away and the Superbagnères ski resort is 9km away with cable cars.

Access to the terrace via a few steps or from the garden. Ground floor: living room with lounge area, fitted, equipped and separate kitchen, separate WC, very small bathroom, small children's bedroom (2 single 90*190 cm bunk beds). Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140*190 cm, with dressing room) (1 double bed 140*190 cm with wardrobe) (2 single beds 90*200 cm, possibility of making a 180*200 cm bed with wardrobe), bathroom, separate toilet.
